Do’s
- Wear PUNO grip socks on all trampoline zones
- Keep your PUNO wristband on at all times
- Jump and land on both feet
- Land in the centre of the trampoline
- Stay aware of other jumpers to avoid collisions
- Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing
- Empty your pockets before starting any activity
- Store personal belongings safely in lockers
- Follow all instructions from court monitors and captains
- Wear shoes during bowling activities
- Follow safety guidance during VR experiences
- Report any discomfort, injury, or unsafe behavior to staff immediately
Don’ts
- Do not participate if pregnant or medically unfit for physical activity
- Do not enter under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Do not allow more than one person on a trampoline at a time
- Do not sit or lie down on activity courts. Exit if tired
- Do not carry loose or personal items into activity zones
- Do not ignore safety instructions or staff guidance
- Do not engage in rough or unsafe behaviour
- Do not use abusive language or disrupt other guests
- Do not attempt stunts, flips, or activities beyond your skill level
